Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and bilingual (English/Spanish/Mandarin) Clinical Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced pediatric setting. You’ll work closely with our providers to support day-to-day clinical operations and ensure a smooth and comforting experience for every patient.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and bilingual (English/Spanish/Mandarin) Clinical Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced pediatric setting. You’ll work closely with our providers to support day-to-day clinical operations and ensure a smooth and comforting experience for every patient.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome and room patients, take vitals, and document patient history.
- Assist providers with exams, procedures, and immunizations.
- Administer vaccines and perform basic lab tests (within scope of certification).
- Communicate with patients and families in both English and Spanish/Mandarin with empathy and clarity.
- Accurately document visits in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and clinical areas.
- Pitch in with front office tasks like patient check-in/out and scheduling when needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA preferred).
- 1+ year of clinical experience (pediatric experience a plus!).
- Fluent in both English and Spanish/Mandarin.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- A caring attitude and genuine love for working with children.
- BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Schedule: Full time / Part time / As needed:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Friday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
